Human-Centred Assessment Methods for Assisted Driving Functions
摘要
Human-centredAssessment methodIncreasing urbanisation andHuman-centredHuman-centred individual mobility lead to an overall increase in mobility. Furthermore, advancing technological developments lead to a growth in mixed traffic through the establishment of automated vehicles. A prerequisite for a nonetheless safe and accepted traffic environment is an understanding of all agents involved, and humans thereby play a central role. Accordingly, it is expedient to place people at the core of a human-centredHuman-centred development, design and assessment of automation and mobility systems. An approach is described in which the modelling of observable human behaviour in traffic creates a basis for understanding and assessing the traffic situation. In addition, the further development of classical assessment methodAssessment methods and tools from the field of traffic psychologyTraffic psychology is outlined in order to be able to empirically map relevant constructs such as interactionInteraction and communicationCommunication.
