For achieving SDG 3, it is necessary that special focus on technologies related to women’s health is made. Femtech has emerged as a recent technology which provides technological support to females for tracking their nutritional requirements in the form of set targets. Present research measures the impact of bio-IoT infrastructure and AI-driven personalisation on Women’s Health outcomes. It also studies the mediating role of user engagement and trust in Femtech, and the moderating role of digital literacy. On the application of pls SEM, it was found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables. Hence, the model is a good fit for various policy implications in the field of business and government. The current study focuses on the identification of variables and items that will help businessmen to develop technologies that have a greater probability of acceptance among consumers and will help the government to make policies for the achievement of SDG 3.
