The increasing demand for industry-ready graduates underscores the need for practical and structured project-based learning. However, traditional academic environments often struggle with challenges such as unclear team roles, unbalanced team formation, and the absence of guided task workflows. To address these gaps, this paper presents WorkExperio, an AI-enabled collaborative platform that automates team formation, generates customized project ideas, assigns role-specific tasks, and facilitates real-time communication through an integrated chat system and intelligent assistant. The system incorporates NLP-based resume parsing, clustering-driven skill matching, and LLM-powered project and task generation, all supported by a FastAPI backend with WebSocket-enabled interactions. Experimental evaluations demonstrate high accuracy in skill extraction and role prediction, along with notable improvements in team balance, workflow clarity, and collaboration efficiency. Overall, WorkExperio enhances the project execution experience by simulating industry-oriented workflows and enabling structured, intelligent, and interactive learning environments for students.
