This study addresses the common challenges faced by students in managing their time effectively and structuring reports, which often result in limitations on creativity and the overall quality of their work. The reliance on previous reports as a time-saving strategy has been observed to hinder the development of original ideas and unique perspectives. Additionally, the absence of systematic approaches to the report-writing process contributes to disorganized and incoherent documents. The objective of this research is to identify practical strategies to address these challenges and empower students to enhance their time management skills, encourage creative thinking, and improve the overall quality of their report-writing process. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, incorporating surveys and interviews. Results indicate a clear need for interventions such as time management workshops, structured writing processes, and the provision of templates and guidelines. These interventions aim to equip students with the necessary tools and methodologies to effectively plan, organize, and execute their report-writing tasks. Moreover, fostering creativity is emphasized through strategies such as peer review sessions, instructor feedback, and the integration of real-life examples. The findings of this study contribute valuable insights to educators and institutions seeking to enhance the academic experience for students, ultimately facilitating the development of well-structured, creative, and high-quality reports. The recommendations provided are intended to inform educational practices and policies that support students in navigating the challenges associated with report writing and contribute to their academic success.
