The Speed control remains a common feature in modern vehicles that sets and maintains a de-sired speed, improving fuel efficiency, reducing the risk of speeding fines, and allowing the driver to focus on the road. It’s an example of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) technology, which aims to make transportation safer, more efficient, and sustainable. The use of RFID technology to identify traffic signals and measure vehicle speed accurately makes speed control more efficient and safer, especially on roads with changing speed limits. RFID-based I2V communication and control methods adjust the vehicle’s speed to the current limit, avoiding sudden acceleration/deceleration and reducing accidents. These systems also improve traffic flow and reduce fuel consumption by maintaining optimal, consistent speeds.

摘要
