Potential Problem-Solving and Archetype Differences
摘要
This chapter discusses perceptions of differences associated with male and female problem-solving approaches. Although there are characteristics that have been observed in approaches and differences in archetypes, the chapter contains important caveats to avoid pigeonhole characteristics. The characteristics and qualities are fluid and translate across genders. However, it is important to note and assess some observed differences and look to see if there are characteristics that can be developed to enhance and advance women innovators.
