This chapter discusses innovators with implicit abilities and innovative methods that can be used to support the process of innovation. The author believes that both have been important to her innovations. Currently, many methods and tools are used in innovative processes. Highlighted in this chapter are women who have numerous patents and inventions that have contributed to industrial development and society. Many of these innovations by women were developed before the information age and online resources. These women saw needs and developed patentable ideas. These ideas are such that you can easily see how women fit well in the world of innovation.
