The preparation of various types of nanomaterials from plant extracts is considered as a facile green approach, as it does not use any toxic chemicals. Owing to the extraordinary features and physico chemical behaviors of the nanoparticles, they are widely employed in the field of medical imaging, biotechnology, environmental, and catalytic applications. The present research study reports the physico chemical fabrication of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) from Azadirachta Indica leaves for their surface morphological and anti-bacterial activity study. The methodology employed in the preparation of AgNPs is green synthesis technique followed by reduction method and the formation of nano particles are monitored by UV–Vis spectroscopy. The surface topology of the AgNPs was studies using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and morphological features were captured using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The bond stretching and functional groups are identified using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and crystalline size of the particles is analysis by X-Ray diffraction (XRD). Energy Dispersive X-Ray analysis (EDX) was used to record the exact composition of AgNPs. Synthesized nano particle was successfully employed for the antibacterial activity against gram negative bacteria, Escherichia coli. The outcome of antibacterial activity study demonstrated that the green synthesized AgNPs showed significant antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli.

摘要
