In Chap. 2, we discuss a number of logistical issues that arise when conducting a pay equity study. The first issue is who should perform the analysis for the study. Should an advisory team be established for the study, and if so, who should be included? What is the typical timeline for a pay equity study, and what happens along the way? The final issue discussed is how should information and the results of the study be disseminated? How these issues are handled will vary from institution to institution.
