This study undergoes a systematic review of the literature (SLR) with the aim of questioning the sustainability, organisational governance, innovation, and value creation nexus critically. The analysis, based on 49 peer-reviewed articles (presented between 2021 and 2022), outlines three broad thematic clusters, namely, cross-sector partnerships to achieve sustainable value, sustainable capability and strategic innovation, consumer participation in the digital environment, and sustainable governance achieved by innovation and partnership. The findings reveal the growing popularity of ESG practises, the importance of value co-creation, and the challenges associated with the need to uphold legitimacy and stakeholder confidence in collaborative and digital spaces. It gives an integrative conceptual framework that visualises the relationship between the main dimensions and highlights the importance of governance, participation, and innovation as the key agents of sustainable value. The constraints involve the geographic clustering of the empirical studies and the relative lack of research on qualitative or mixed methods. The review provides the in-depth climate of sustainability of organisations, which are congruent with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 9, Industrialisation, Innovation and Infrastructure, and SDG 17, Partnerships for the Goals, which explains their relevance to future research and accountable strategic action.

摘要
