The article examines the interaction between architecture and costume as two artistic disciplines, each making a unique contribution to understanding the visual perception of form. Architecture is the construction of spaces and forms that constitute a physical expression of human culture, whereas costume is the result of an individual’s interaction with the surrounding environment and serves both functional and aesthetic purposes. The study focuses on the process of artistic costume design, where the theoretical and practical aspects of both fields are combined to create new forms in contemporary design. The visual perception of form is a key element in this interaction. The central theme of this research is the relationship between architectural and costume forms, based on visual perception and Gestalt psychology, which enables the identification of deeper contexts that emerge from their comparison.
