This paper presents BIoTa EcoToken, a multi-layered system integrating Blockchain, IoT, AI, and Big Data to promote sustainable livestock practices. Real-time biometric and environmental data are securely transmitted via MQTT/TLS and analyzed by AI for predictive diagnostics. The Proof of Sustainability consensus links EcoToken rewards to verifiable actions. Simulations confirmed technical viability, showing 25% lower sensor installation costs, 30% higher farmer engagement, 40% faster AI anomaly detection, and <1% false validation rate. BIoTa EcoToken provides a secure, scalable, data-driven model that translates real-time farm data into incentivized sustainable outcomes.
