The persistent gap between human resource management (HRM) research and its application presents a critical barrier to organizational effectiveness. In Morocco, this global challenge is amplified by a national imperative to modernize its economy. This paper addresses the issue through an integrative review. We synthesized a targeted corpus of Scopus-indexed literature on the research-practice gap and its core solutions. The primary contribution is a three-pathway strategic model that integrates the principles of knowledge co-production, action-oriented methodologies, and innovative dissemination into a coherent process. Constructed specifically for the Moroccan context, this model offers researchers, practitioners, and institutions a pathway to cultivate a research ecosystem that is not only intellectually sound but also a direct contributor to national development goals.

摘要
