This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Technology (FinTech) and Climate Technology (Climate-Tech) on the economic resilience of MSMEs in East Java, with organizational agility as a mediator. This study uses a hybrid explanatory-predictive approach, the analysis was conducted with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) and machine learning (Random Forest, SVM, Gradient Boosting) on 400 MSMEs. The results show that FinTech (β = 0.28) and Climate-Tech (β = 0.31) have a significant effect on resilience, both directly and through agility. SEM-PLS produces R2 = 0.52 (moderate) and Q2 = 0.39 (good predictive relevance). Machine Learning analysis strengthens these results with Gradient Boosting as the best model (88% accuracy, ROC-AUC 0.92). Climate-Tech is the most dominant factor, while agility has proven to be a strategic mechanism that strengthens the impact of digital technology on MSME resilience.

摘要
