Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources Practices

In today’s digital transformational world, HR practices are evolving from traditional methods to incorporate automation, augmented intelligence, robotics, and artificial intelligence. AI has proven to be life changing for us, its potential to revolutionize our lives and work by automating repetitive tasks and enhancing human capabilities. HR sees this as not only an opportunity, but also a necessity to adapt and adopt. The significant effects of artificial intelligence (AI) on employee experience and human resources (HR) procedures are examined in this review paper. Companies currently incorporating AI-driven solutions into a range of HR functionalities as a result of the rapid growth of AI technologies. The current state of AI adoption in HR is thoroughly examined in this paper, along with its implications for hiring, training, performance management, and employee engagement. The review highlights the impact, and difficulties of incorporating AI into HR procedures.
