In the digital era that continues to proliferate, the agricultural sector has begun to transform from conventional agriculture to digital agriculture. Startups in the agritech sector are essential in facing challenges and opportunities amid change and uncertainty. Therefore, a scientific approach is needed to help agritech startups adapt and develop amid uncertainty for the business continuity of agritech startups in the next 10 years. This study aims to identify driving forces and analyze possible scenarios that could influence the future of agritech startups. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. Primary and secondary data and information are obtained. Primary data was obtained from interviews with agritech startups, academics, and the government. Secondary data was obtained through literature studies to understand the trends and dynamics affecting the agritech startup sector in Indonesia. The data was then analyzed, and 20 driving forces were obtained that will affect the future of agritech startups. The results of this study are four scenarios: Green Transformation of agritech, Adaptive Agritech Innovation, Agritech Stagnation, and The Bleak of Startup Agritech. The scenarios were created by considering the most critical uncertainties, namely climate change, policies that support the development of agritech startups, demand for agricultural products, and access to funding and investment. The resulting four scenarios are expected to help agritech startups detect the opportunities and risks they will face and provide insights to help make strategic decisions.
