Organizational culture management is a pivotal determinant of corporate development and long-term success. Defined as the collective constellation of practices, beliefs, values, and norms shared by organizational members, it fundamentally governs operational workflows and interpersonal dynamics. Empirical evidence suggests that a robust, positive culture correlates with heightened employee engagement, a collaborative innovation ecosystem, and superior customer satisfaction. Conversely, a fragmented or toxic culture is frequently a precursor to systemic demotivation, diminished productivity, and accelerated turnover rates. This chapter delineates a hypothetical case study to illustrate the methodological framework for conducting a cultural assessment, aimed at bridging the gap between extant and aspirational organizational values. Furthermore, the authors detail the strategic interventions deployed by a consulting team to facilitate cultural alignment. Finally, the discussion covers targeted actions to mitigate resistance to change while bolstering stakeholder commitment to implementing and consolidating the cultural transformation process.

摘要
