The quick transition to digital ascendancy systems needs secure and explicit resolutions to the democratic processes such as voting. In this paper, the design and creation of the online voting system that will be secure and will rely on facial recognition with the FaceNet as the authentication method and blockchain technology as the measure to ensure the safety of votes against manipulation will be presented. The system verifies voters by applying live face- recognition and is capable of enhancing the security with additional details such as voter ID and Adhar number. Voting is done in a convenient interface and on a decentralized blockchain registry where transparency, immutability and verifiability are present. A set of more than 500 synthetic and real-world images of faces are used to test the framework on a dataset to represent a medium scale electoral process. It has a modular design, scalability and resistance to the general security risks, including voter impersonation and vote meddling. The paper analyzes system performance and compares it with existing studies, showing that integrating facial biometrics with blockchain enhances voter confidence and system security. The proposed design offers a step-by-step approach to safer and accessible digital elections.

摘要
