Successful adaptation to this can ensure the improvement of the quality of life and social protection of people. The quick development of digital technologies and AI introduced serious changes in many spheres of life, including healthcare, education, and business. AI can change different industries in different ways. However, it must be used responsibly and in compliance with ethical criteria. Such spheres as healthcare, education, smart cities, etc. are directly connected with the development of AI and can improve the quality of life. Modern technologies transform the traditional ideas of business models, and the generally accepted logic of production processes and managerial decision-making is changed. In some cases, implementation of large projects in certain cases is impossible without the application of AI technologies. Quality of life is an evolving category, which receives new content depending on society’s ideals, the historical period, and approach to its definition. AI can improve people’s lives and the quality of life in many ways. The ethics of AI can be viewed as a set of principles determining the way AI must work. These principles are usually oriented towards safety, justice, and humanistic values, protection of consumer rights, and prevention of possible abuses in the sphere of information technologies. Ethics of AI is understanding the interaction between AI systems and the world and creating inclusive, safe, confidential, and responsible technologies.
