The research aims to analyze the phenomenon of artificial intelligence (AI) as the most important element of contemporary digital civilization in dialectical unity with natural intelligence. One of the main research methods used was the method of analytical review of scientific literature on the issues and problems of AI development in various areas of public life, as well as the dialectical method and principles of dialectics. To build a matrix of dialectical analysis of AI as a phenomenon of digital civilization, the authors turned to the methodology of the sphere approach. The study of the possibility of constructing a matrix of dialectical research of AI showed that the basis for its construction should be the contradictions that arise between natural and artificial intelligence in various areas of public life of the digital civilization. This approach makes it possible to build the main directions of studying AI as a system of dialectical contradictions, revealing the possibility of its comprehensive study in the field of economic, political, social, and spiritual relations in the digital civilization.
