摘要

Intrapreneurial Team Freedom represents the organizational architecture that sustains structural, cultural, and relational conditions enabling university actors to act with initiative, purpose, and shared responsibilityShared Responsibility. It is grounded in a dynamic ecology of trust, autonomy, and interdependence within the university as a living institution. Previous chapters traced the movement from Epistemic AsymmetryEpistemic Asymmetry to Craftsmanship, gradually reconstructing the university’s role as not only a site of knowledge production but a space for social imagination and relational learning. While Epistemic DharmaDharma (Epistemic, Institutional, Relational) and Craftsmanship offer foundational orientation, they require institutional forms that enable, rather than exhaust, their practice. Craftsmanship alone risks fatigue when operating within systems that stifle initiative or fragment responsibility. This chapter therefore engages the question of how universities can be designed to host agency by constructing the enablers for distributed, accountable action.
