Expanded deployment of Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices within health-care systems have enabled real-time patient monitoring, diagnostics and data informed medicine. Nonetheless, ensuring the dependability of the gathered data is quite a challenge. Because sensitive healthcare data is so at risk for cyber breaches, bugs and rogue changes to devices. Nowadays, the existing solutions such as centralized databases, methods based crypto and machine learning approaches (based on anomaly detection) all provide only partial protection. These solutions are still falling short on providing transparency and interoperability. This paper proposes a hybrid system, that combines between blockchain solution and edge artificial intelligence (AI) to provide full security in IoT based healthcare.
