An important issue before creating a UGS is the geodynamic activity and fluid permeability of the rocks in which the UGS is to be created. The third section is devoted to the complex of such methods. It considers a complex of ground research methods used to study the geodynamic characteristics and fluid permeability of the research area. The main criteria and methods for assessing the territory are considered, the instruments and equipment used in the study both on land and in the water area of lakes. Information is provided on the preliminary processing of field information.
