This paper provides intelligent and realtime road surface sensing methods to decide correct road surface state and establish an intelligent autonomous driving service in snow country. The system model, architecture and algorithm of the sensing and conversion methods are provided. One of use-case of the system is designed and implemented and evaluated for icy and snowy country.

摘要

This paper provides intelligent and realtime road surface sensing methods to decide correct road surface state and establish an intelligent autonomous driving service in snow country.
