This chapter explores Quantum Adaptability as the third dimension of the Quantum Child Framework. I consider how children can be supported to thrive in conditions of rapid change, uncertainty, and disruption. Drawing on developmental psychology, the chapter highlights adaptability as a skill that extends beyond temperament, grounded in cognitive flexibility, secure attachment, and the capacity to recalibrate under stress. I present case studies to illustrate how adaptability is modelled in family life, from reframing disappointments to responding creatively to technological glitches. Developmental stages trace the growth of adaptability across early childhood play, pre-adolescent stretching and recovery, and adolescent improvisation of identity. Practical strategies are offered to help parents and caregivers foster resilience, including modelling repair, practising flexibility, and reframing disruption as opportunity. I conclude the chapter highlighting that adaptability in the quantum sense is not passive compliance but active, embodied improvisation, equipping children to hold multiple possibilities at once and to meet uncertainty with confidence, creativity, and courage.
