In this chapter, I introduce Embodied Presence as the first dimension of the Quantum Child Framework. It explores how children’s nervous systems, emotions, and sense of self are grounded in the body. Drawing on neuroscience and therapeutic practice, the chapter shows how immersion, presence, and embodiment influence children’s development in both positive and negative ways. Case studies illustrate the double-edged nature of embodied digital experiences, from play that sparks creativity to encounters that overwhelm regulation. Developmental pathways across early childhood, pre-adolescence, and adolescence highlight how presence evolves, from co-regulation in infancy to authentic embodiment in young adulthood. Practical strategies, including micro-rituals, parent–child attunement, and transitional practices between digital and physical spaces, are presented as ways to cultivate presence in the whole body. I conclude by positioning Embodied Presence as the foundation for all other dimensions of the framework, providing children with anchors of safety and vitality in a world where attention and emotions are constantly mediated by technology.
