Overcoming the Harmful Consequences for the Environment Caused by the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation Against Ukraine (Based on Data from the Kharkiv Region)

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the harmful impact on all ecosystems caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, in particular for the Kharkiv region. It reveals the characteristic features of military threats and identifies key areas for improving the regulatory framework for monitoring and risk management in wartime. It emphasises the importance of international cooperation, the integration of European practices and the formation of a unified system of post-war environmental restoration.
