This study deals with a tri-trophic food chain system incorporating the Allee effect and nonlinear harvesting. For this model, all the stationary points were studied for their stability, and the endemic stationary point was explored for the presence of Hopf bifurcation. The influence of harvesting and the Allee effect on food chain dynamics has been explored. Furthermore, the analytical results were verified numerically using simulations.
