InterCriteria Analysis Applied on E-commerce Customer Behavior
摘要
This paper is focused on the survey on the use of information technology by individuals for e-commerce in the European Union (27-countries) in the period 2016–2023. E-commerce can be defined as the purchase of goods or services over the internet for private use via any device from enterprises and private individuals. The characteristics of e-commerce in the EU are presented in the current study and are analyzed by applying the InterCriteria method. Two datasets are analyzed in order to find correlation in the customer behavior for the aforementioned period. The first one includes the different age groups and the online purchases while the second one is for the different countries (EU-27) and percentage of population made online purchases. By performing the InterCriteria Analysis (ICrA) on the datasets, dependencies can be found between the different countries and the age groups concerning the e-commerce consumer behavior.
