A Generalized net model of QoS/QoE estimation and management of an overall telecommunication system is proposed. It is based on a GN model of an overall telecommunication system including a queuing system at the Switching stage. The GN model of the overall system is represented as a transition of the GN model of the management of the system. The model can be used for real-time monitoring and management of the system and for implementation of dynamic pricing policies.

摘要

A Generalized net model of QoS/QoE estimation and management of an overall telecommunication system is proposed. It is based on a GN model of an overall telecommunication system including a queuing system at the Switching stage.
