Student success depends on good academic advice. Academic advisers play a critical role in connecting students to the school, making their role crucial to its long-term success. Advising also helps students complete their degree requirements efficiently and on time. Due to a shortage of qualified academic counselors, computer-based tools are gaining popularity. The United Arab Emirates University struggles with a shortage of such advisers and an inadequate advising framework. These issues prompt the development of an Academic Course Management System (ACMS). This system, which helps students choose courses, is written in Java. A detailed, typical academic plan is produced by meticulously storing semester course selection outcomes in a file. This rigorous strategy improves academic performance and simplifies registration.
