Application of the Odor Treatment Process Featuring Ion Exchange Combined with Dry Chemical Filtration in Water Plants
摘要
In the construction process of most urban sewage treatment plants, the odor treatment system is usually designed and built as a supporting facility. In contrast, urban water plants are rarely equipped with odor treatment systems due to their high water quality and superior factory environment. Nevertheless, with the continuous development of urbanization, commercial and residential areas have been gradually established around the remote water plants, leading to the increasing demand for odor treatment in water plants. Against this background, taking the odor treatment process featuring ion exchange combined with dry chemical filtration in a water plant as an example, this paper introduces its basic principle and practical application. Overall, this research has certain reference significance for other water plants in terms of odor treatment scheme selection.
