Digestate is a very rich source of nutrients to apply to different plants with important needs of them. Pepper plants belong to horticultural sector, its production period is short, so they need fertilizers with a high availability of several nutrients. To study the influence of digestate as fertilizer of pepper plants in this research carried out three treatments employing mineral control and digestate in two different doses for two years. Fresh and dry matter of fruits and plants were measured and other parameters of the stem. No significant differences were found between the treatments developed so a part of the fertilization can be substituted by digestate without negatively influencing the production obtained.
