The study proposes the development of a 3D printing system using earth and natural materials, aimed at emergency and sustainable architecture to be implemented in vulnerable communities affected by disasters. The research analyzed natural events in Santa Catarina (Brazil), where indigenous communities face challenges due to flood disasters. Based on laboratory tests and technical visits, the work characterized soil samples extracted from the site, assessing their composition and mechanical properties. Based on this, experiments were carried out with 3D printing techniques on a reduced scale, using mixtures of earth, clay and sand. Modular architectural solutions adapted to different scenarios were also developed, from emergency, temporary to permanent. The project combines sustainability practices, cultural inclusion and technological innovation, seeking to offer practical, low-cost alternatives for temporary shelters in areas affected by natural disasters.

摘要
