The construction industry faces lot of problems. This problems are largely due to high urbanization, growing demand for sustainability and resource constraints. Building information modelling, digital twins and artificial intelligence can contribute to enhance collaboration and decision making, and management through the lifecycle phases of the projects. BIM gives a lot of data that’s are collected from sources different to be integrated into the system and, in the same time BIM delivers better functionalities at every stage of construction which makes projects more efficient. In addition, integrating AI in this process can enhance this system with real-time data. So, this research aims to meet the growing demand for innovative digital systems in the real estate and construction sectors by defining a clear and consistent process for reliable data interaction between BIM systems, digital twins and artificial intelligence which will serve as the foundation for real-time asset management that will support the transition towards more smarter and more resilient real estate assets aligned with digital transformation.

摘要
