The purpose of the book has been to advance leadership metamorphosis as a rigorous and integrative scholarly construct that brings transformational and servant leadership into sustained dialogue within educational contexts. Across the chapters, leadership has been examined not as a static role or a set of technical competencies, but as a developmental, relational, and ethically grounded process shaped by culture, context, and human interaction. Figure 10.1 illustrates the organizing structure of the book, presenting the Leadership Metamorphosis Framework as a visual representation of transformational and servant educational leadership principles.
