A Conceptual Framework for Assessing the Readiness and Suitability of Enterprises for Militarization and the Fulfillment of State Functions in the Context of Armed Conflict

The geopolitical challenges of the 21st century necessitate closer cooperation between the government and enterprises in the implementation of tasks for the military and state services. This article presents a conceptual matrix designed to assess the suitability of a given enterprise in the context of an armed conflict. It also outlines the key factors influencing an enterprise’s suitability and discusses how these factors can be incorporated into both corporate development strategies and governmental guidelines as well as national defense strategies. The implementation of militarization in the production process and its management requires meeting a set of criteria to ensure that this transformation is characterized by reliability. The enterprise assessment process constitutes an integral component of militarization.
