Mapping Innovation Capability: A Diagnostic Approach for Assessing and Enhancing Organizational Capabilities
摘要
This study operationalizes the Systems Framework for Sustainable Innovation Capability (SFSIC) as a maturity-based diagnostic tool for assessing sustainable leadership, organizational enabling mechanisms, and innovation capability. The research is based on a quantitative single-case study conducted in a high-technology manufacturing company, using a structured questionnaire derived from the SFSIC framework. The results show that all three dimensions reached a high level of maturity (Level 4 – Integrated), indicating a systematic alignment between leadership practices, organizational routines, and innovation-related activities. This demonstrates the applicability of the SFSIC as a diagnostic framework for evaluating systemic alignment within organizations. The proposed maturity-based diagnostic provides organizations with a structured approach to assessing innovation maturity and identifying development priorities that support adaptability and long-term value creation.
