Integrating BIM with Artificial Intelligence for Predictive Construction Project Management
摘要
The study looks at how using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in predictive construction project management can help save time, reduce expenses, and lessen risks. Thanks to BIM, there is a central and detailed digital record of a project’s data, and AI can help forecast what might happen and improve working methods. The study examines three completed projects in the United States and India since 2020: SoFi Stadium in California, Iconic Tower in Mumbai, and Noida International Airport in Uttar Pradesh. The work demonstrates that using BIM and AI improves the organization of plans, gives precise figures for costs, and promotes safety during construction. Various challenges related to data protection, high costs of implementation, short supply of skills, and the need to connect different software are studied using detailed data analysis, graphs, and tables. It is proposed to help more people use blockchain by investing in secure platforms, giving subsidies, and offering training. The research points to how BIM and AI are helping to transform how infrastructure is managed today.
