This book sought to explore corporate human rights and environmental responsibilities through an in-depth analysis of OECD case law, focusing on specific responsibilities articulated in the OECD Guidelines and the UNGPs. By systematically analysing 394 specific instances handled by NCPs from 2000s to 2024, the research illuminated the expectations placed upon corporations to fulfil their responsibilities and to navigate complex challenges related to adverse human rights, environmental as well as climate impacts. The findings provide a critical perspective on the substantive dimensions of corporate responsibility for human rights and environment.
