Endovascular Repair of Symptomatic Recurrent Infrarenal AAA Following Remote Open Repair of AAA
摘要
A symptomatic recurrent infrarenal AAA following remote open repair was treated with endovascular grafting. Endovascular repair, if feasible, is a better option than open repair and is associated with lower morbidity and mortality. In some patients with recurrent AAAs, physician-modified endografts are preferred depending upon perivisceral anatomy and the medical condition of the patient.
