Repair of Type Ib Endoleak Following EVAR
摘要
Type Ib endoleak 1 month following endovascular aneurysm repair was treated with coil embolization of the right hypogastric artery and extension of the endograft into the external iliac artery. The incidence of Type Ib endoleak following EVAR is 0–8%. The risk factors for Type Ib endoleak include larger than 18 mm common iliac arteries (CIA), use of flared iliac limb of greater than 20 mm, length of CIA landing zone of less than 20 mm, marked iliac tortuosity, and a large initial diameter of AAA.
