Stent Graft Repair of a Saccular Renal Artery Aneurysm
摘要
A saccular aneurysm of the mid-left renal artery was repaired with a covered stent graft with satisfactory exclusion of the aneurysm in a 68-year-old man with a history of hypertension. The indications for repair and the type of repair, endovascular versus open, are discussed. The results of open repair are excellent, with a very low morbidity and mortality, and have excellent long-term patency.
