Following emergent open repair of AAA, a small proximal, saccular, and a larger distal para-anastomotic aneurysm at both anastomoses of the aortic tube graft were repaired using endovascular repair 16 years following the index operation. Patient subsequently underwent bilateral common femoral endarterectomies as staged procedures for disabling symptoms of intermittent claudication of the lower extremities.
