Cervical Chyloma Following Left Common Carotid Artery (CCA) to Subclavian Artery Bypass Performed in Conjunction with Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR) for Aortic Dissection
摘要
Cervical chyloma developed in a patient following a carotid-subclavian bypass performed in conjunction with endovascular repair of aortic dissection. Aortic dissection occurred following attempted intervention for left subclavian artery occlusive disease. The patient had endovascular repair of the aortic dissection with a thoracic endograft complicated by cervical chyloma, which has become smaller at follow-up.
