This paper presents a framework that implements quality control and quality assurance in projects related to DS, whose objective is to propose a structured guide that ensures the success of these projects, reducing risks and increasing efficiency and sustainability. The application of quality assurance and control practices, typical in Software Engineering, is presented as crucial for DS projects, although little explored to date. The methodology used is Design Science Research to develop the framework, combining the PDCA and CRISP-DM approaches. The implementation guide proposes practical steps for identifying problems, executing action plans, evaluating results, and incorporating improvements using brainstorming, 5W2H analysis, and FMEA. The conclusion highlights the proposal’s originality, emphasizing that it consolidates existing practices, providing a robust model for increasing the quality and reliability of DS projects.

摘要
