Functional Pancreatic Endocrine Neoplasia Syndromes
摘要
Functional pancreatic endocrine neoplasms are a diverse group of malignant and non-malignant neoplasms (insulinoma, gastrinoma, VIPoma, glucagonoma, and somatostatinoma) all with varying clinical manifestations. This chapter provides an understanding of genetic predispositions (i.e., MEN1) and clinical manifestations of functional pancreatic endocrine neoplasms that will help guide practitioners in their workup and management.
