In modern dual-income households, balancing professional duties with childcare responsibilities has become increasingly challenging. This paper presents the design and implementation of a value-driven childcare system, realized through an interactive, ethically aligned chatbot. The system guides children through a structured daily routine—homework, reading, play, and exploration— while integrating core ethical principles such as autonomy, emotional awareness, motivation, and accountability. Using sentiment detection and refusal tracking, the chatbot dynamically adapts to child behavior, offers motivational cues, and escalates responses through ethical warnings and guardian notifications. The system avoids coercive repetition, respects the child’s choices, and reintroduces tasks through gentle reminders. Case-based evaluations demonstrate the chatbot’s alignment with ethical caregiving, offering a promising step toward responsible AI in childcare environments. The primary objective of this research is to exp|e the design and implementation of an value-driven child care system that can take care of the child in the absence of its parents. Ethical considerations are at the forefront of this research endeavor. The ethical dimension encompasses ensuring the safety and well-being of children under the care of such system.

摘要
