Business intelligence is a form of scientific development, originating from a classical field called business or trade, with a technology called artificial intelligence, to facilitate the achievement of prosperity. Fundamentally, understanding the term has changed the concept of both, giving rise to strategies, methods, and technologies to form a system for managing and utilizing data and its sources. The system is not only named as business intelligence, but is expressed as having the firmness as a philosophical concept and abstracting mathematically to provide intelligence in achieving human welfare. This concept allows the sustainability of business intelligence in accordance with the evidence of the study’s output.
