Climate change is a challenging global issue that calls for creative, multidisciplinary solutions. There is potential for artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance efforts to mitigate and adapt to climate change. Pattern recognition, predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, and intelligent decision support are just a few of the AI technologies that are being used more in a variety of climate-related fields, including precision agriculture, environmental risk management, renewable energy systems, climate modelling, and disaster preparedness. However, issues including disjointed data ecosystems, inadequate infrastructure, moral dilemmas, and opaque implementation frameworks restrict AI's potential to address climate change. To create low-carbon, adaptable, and climate-resilient communities, the chapter imagines a future in which artificial intelligence (AI) collaborates with human understanding, indigenous knowledge, and environmental ideals. AI's technical prowess, diversity, equity, and ethical values all influence its impact. The chapter urges a change from reactive to integrated, forward-looking tactics, with AI acting as a compass for mankind in the face of climate uncertainty and a stimulus for sustainable innovation. To promote a more equitable, resilient, and sustainable future for the Earth, the chapter promotes the ethical and responsible integration of AI.

摘要
